LightSpa Treatment

A typical LightSpa treatment takes just 15 minutes and can whiten teeth up to 7 shades. It is a cosmetic procedure and can therefore be performed outside of dental offices. The procedure will not harm dental work but will work to remove stains and make crowns and veneers less noticeable. The perfect lunchtime treatment!

Treatment Tips

Tanning:

When having a spray-tan treatment, it is important to wear loose-fitting clothing and to remember not to shower for at least 6 hours after the treatment to allow for your tan to develop.
Sunbeds are safe as long as one abides by the recommended time per session. Please keep in mind that each person’s skin is different and no amount of tanning will turn a very pale person into a greek god(des). The aim is to achieve a healthy glow.

Facial treatments:

All our facial treatments are preceded by a consultation and skin analysis. Results vary depending on the treatment and skin type.

Waxing:

Exfoliate regularly with a body loofa to avoid ingrown hairs.

Pedicures:

Bring along a pair of flip-flops or wear open toe shoes so that you do not smudge the polish.

Massage:

Massage stimulates the body’s lymphatic system, it is therefore important to drink lots of water to help flush out toxins.
Drinking water before and after your massage will assist in preventing headaches and nausea.
