POLICIES:

RESERVATIONS: 24 hours notice is required to reschedule appointments.

CANCELLATIONS: Appointments not cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled time will be charged for in full.

LATE ARRIVALS: Should clients arrive late for their appointments; the treatment duration will be reduced accordingly.

RETURN POLICY: Product purchases are non-refundable. A product will only be exchanged for credit if the client is allergic to the product and the allergy has been diagnosed by either a medical doctor or one of our therapists.
