Pilates Classes

Tuesday & Thursday at 9am-10am and 1pm-2pm

Pilates can be adapted to suit anyone's abilities and expectations. Regardless of your fitness, condition or age, Pilates will enhance your current fitness routine. You will feel energized, toned and focused. It strengthens muscles and helps you to improve your posture, alignment, co-ordination and balance. Muscles are lengthened and flexibility increased through the strengthening of ligaments and loosening joints.
